Deposits: A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 14 days before Day 1 of your tour. Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour start (minus processing fees). 50% refund from 13–7 days. Within 7 days: non‑refundable. Weather/force majeure: free reschedule or full refund. Date changes: One free date change with 7+ days’ notice (subject to availability and any seasonal price differences). Additional changes may incur a small admin fee.

• Dunn’s River/Reach Falls: involve steps and wet, uneven surfaces. Non‑slip footwear is required; observation areas exist for non‑climbers. • Rio Grande Bamboo Rafting: boarding involves stepping down onto a raft; assistance provided. Not suitable for some mobility devices. • Blue Lagoon & small boat landings: require stepping into boats and sometimes onto sandy/uneven shorelines. • Frenchman’s Cove/Winnifred: beach access on sand; limited paved paths. • We happily adapt pacing and routes—please tell us mobility needs in advance so we can arrange vehicle access, extra assistance, or alternative viewpoints where available.
