How Booking Works (4 steps)

Choose Your Dates
Most tours require 21 days’ notice to secure your preferred stays, guides, and lounge access.
Inside 21 days? Message us—last-minute space may be possible.

Reserve with Deposit
Pay a 25% deposit to hold your itinerary. We then confirm airport pickup, hotels/Airbnb/motel, lounge access, and timed entries.
If your start date is ≤14 days away, the full balance is due at booking.
03
Balance & Final Confirmations
Pay the remaining 75% 14 days before Day 1.
We’ll send final pickup times, hotel vouchers, and what to pack.

Arrive & Exhale
Meet your driver at the airport; your guide handles the rest.
